Kairos
What is TEDx ?
In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TED has created a program called TEDx. TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. Our event is called TEDxOakridgeBachupally, where x = independently organized TED event. At our TEDxbachupally event, TEDTalks video and live speakers will combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events, including ours, are self-organized.

Dear Attendees,
We are Srinika Reddy and Poorvika Setti, the student organizers for the 4th edition of TEDxOakridgeBachupally,
We are thrilled to extend this heartfelt invitation to you for this years TEDx event, a journey of ideas worth spreading.
Before anything else, we want to take a moment to thank every single speaker, mentor, staff, volunteer, and the core team who has been part of the TEDxOakridgeBachupally legacy over the years. We would also like to sincerely thank our previous organizers Ms. Shriya Subramanyam, Ms. Vaishnavi Namdar, and Ms. Neha Kolluri for establishing a strong foundation that we are proud to build upon, and paving the way for us, which will continue to support not just us but the future editions of TEDxOakridgeBachupally as well.
Each edition of TEDx has had its own spark, and it’s that spark that inspires us to dream bigger, think deeper, and create moments that truly matter.
TEDxOakridgeBachupally is more than just an event. It’s a shared vision, brought to life through dedication, creativity, and teamwork.
This year, our theme “Kairos – When the Right Moment Unfolds” celebrates those rare moments when opportunity meets readiness, and everything aligns to change the course of a story. Every talk and performance this year reflects real stories of courage, reflection, and transformation.
Whether this is your first TEDx or you’ve been part of our journey before, we hope you walk away feeling inspired to embrace your own Kairos, to act, to speak, and to create change when your moment arrives.
We can’t wait to see you on 15th November 2025 at Oakridge International School, Bachupally, to share ideas and have conversations that have the power to shape tomorrow.
